This site is general straight forward blog site minus the bells and whistles.Pretty much run by one administrator which is yours truly me.This site mostly feature Korean pop artist but also occasionally Japanese,Chinese and those of other Asian nations.Also including Asian American artist not notice by mainstream music industry.This is more like a journey than a blog site with breaking news.I relay on other outside sources but my opinion very much of my own.Fill free to take the journey with me or help me understand better.I’m open to your own opinions,thoughts or Asian artist you are fanatic about.

About Me

This is a subject I find difficulty to talk about,not so narcissistic.My family is original from Puerto Rico and I’m second generation born in mainland United States.I am the only girl out of three children and the youngest of the bunch.I go by many of different names but Spazifyouwantto fits me best in relations on how people may judge me.Sometimes people like me and other times they find me overly annoying outspoken little runt. Graduated Manatee High School in 05-06 senior class.My goal is to attend Full Sails and major in audio and recording engineering by fall of 2010.

My musical education was form during my middle school years.Being the shortest and diverse females in my class I took up playing string bass.I played bass for seven years straight and usually place second chair.You can pretty much say I am an orch dork not a band geek.My high school orchestra for four years straight earn “superiors” at each competition.I also was a part of sub string group for my school and participated in County Strings Honor orchestra.I did one semester of marching band back in my freshmen year and end up not likely the experience.The only instrument I play is  bass guitar mostly four string.Musically I listen to anything from hip hp,rock,heavy metal,indie to K-pop.

I have no real connection to Asian culture personally.Except for being mistaken half Asian as a kid growing up for having small eyes.On my brothers side of the family their grandfather is a Vietnam war vet.On my adoptive father side there is a Filipino mix since they are from the island of St.Croix.My eldest brother was station in Seoul, South Korea while severing in the army.In my life time I had one Chinese friend and half Japanese friend who was obsesses with anime.

My Heroes

I love music and art greatly enough to have heroes that specialize in these fields.Musically YG Teddy Park has been an influence on me.On what and what not to do as a producer stating out.Also Brave Brothers,Skull of Stony Skunk,Miyavi,Dir En Grey and G -Dragon.None Asian artist includes Marilyn Manson,Jonathan Davis(Korn),Alkaline Trio and Slayer.Hip hop wise I’m heavily influence by Notorious BIG,Lil Wayne,T.I,and Wu Tang Clan.Along with old time favorites like Marvin Gaye,James Brown,Michael Jackson(Jackson 5) and Patti Labelle just to name a few.I like love,eat,breathe,and sleep music.Been the only steady factor in my life I never grew tired of and always wiling explore.I someday hope to share my own music and meet other musicians or artist who feel the same.
