How do I protect myself from AIDs/HIV
- Get yourself tested, every state and most places around the world has free testing sites for AIDs/HIV.You can not tell if someone is infected with the disease so get yourself tested.
- While having sex use contraceptives like condoms which is the best method when used properly. There is also condoms used for oral and or penetration not by the penis.Birth Controls and IUDs only prevent pregnancy and do not protect against AIDs and other sexual transmitted diseases.
- Do not share needles that are not sanitary if your getting piercings or tattooing.I have piercings and tattoos of my own and know this rule very well. When you are getting a piercing or a tattoo all places used fresh new needles every time.Straight out of the package if you notice someone who is doing this doesn’t used new needles then don’t do it. Your placing yourself at serious risk so be wise. When going to a piercing and tattoo pallor look for Health Department certification or ask information about how they sanitize. If they can not answer or isn’t Health Department regulated then don’t get it done.
