Hangeng is in an ongoing legal battle with his former label SM entertainment.The lawsuit was file last year after following DBSK’s Jaejoong,Junsu and Yoochun.Who file suit claiming unfair profit shares and refusal to sign a 13 year contract. Hangeng aka Hankyung his stage name while performing with Super Junior.Also claim the same reasoning in his lawsuit but something far more sinister.His human rights were violated by SM which cause him to suffer poor health.SM neglected their responsibilities which prohibited Hangeng to seek out proper medical treatment.Fed up the young man refuse to sign anymore contracts with SM and decide to sue.
Hangeng continues his career without the help of SM in his native land China.Many Super Junior fans are disappointed that Hangeng has left the group.Still support his efforts of a solo career outside SM..Hangeng has kelp silent throughout the lawsuit process but spoken briefly about the issue in an interview.Hangeng confirm that not only did SM neglected his health but also his need to visits family back in China.

He needs to speak up and tell his side of things otherwise people will assume that he left only as he had found success in China mainly because of SujuM. And went in favour of the law suit in an act to follow DBSK members.
I pity the guy but at the same time he doesn’t seem to be doing so badly. Best of luck HanGeng.
